With the ever-growing demand and scarcity of technology-based skills in many countries
around the world, and rising
unemployment in others, there is a clear gap between employers finding qualified IT
professionals, and the
professionals' need for effective employment in an avenue that maximizes the benefit for
both parties.
Pal-Swiss Tech
Hubs seeks to provide the proper solution by recruiting, training and supervising local
ICT talent with European,
particularly Swiss companies while stationing remote employees at Al Nayzak
Organization’s modern tech hubs in different
locations. This approach innovatively circumvents both the challenges of relocation for
employees as well as the risks
and uncertainty of remote recruitment for employers. Pal-Swiss Tech Hubs approach aims
to set the stage for a
sustainable and evolving community prepared for tomorrow’s job market while fostering
cross-border collaboration.
This collaborative initiative is in partnership between Al-Nayzak and the Swiss Agency
for Development and Cooperation
(SDC). Established in Jerusalem in 2003, AlNayzak is an independent educational and
scientific organization committed to
non-profit, non-partisan endeavors. The organization focuses on education, mentorship,
and research in the realms of
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and TVET (Technical and
Vocational Education and Training). On
the other hand, the SDC serves as Switzerland's international cooperation agency under
the Federal Department of Foreign
Affairs (FDFA), collaborating with various federal offices to address shared
objectives and challenges.
